Comment: Didn't take long to get. Plugged in and worked like a champ. But it only had 13 gigs available. I figured its a refurb so there wasn't much point complaining.

Comment: Yes there is only 13.9GB of usable space... But for me that is more then enough memory for what i need it for. I dont dowload movies or music i just use it for moderate gaming. If you want to have enough memory just to save games on this hard drive will provide enough memory.
