The response is a very light shoe with good traction and fits well there are sar far the next best thing to the combat speeds in my opinion. the only draw back i have found it when traning in a cage (MMA, Submission Wrestling etc.) The traction is somewhat lost becasue of the vinal mats used in most cages. if you are looking for a durable comfortable light wrestling shoes this is it. Very responsive on the mat(hence the name) and are very light, so when you need to sprawl back you can kick your legs up a bit quicker.
